Remember, bring your child into this process. Ask them to tell you what they would like in their room. It’s important that children feel heard and this makes them all the more excited when they see their wallpaper on the wall.
Frequently Asked Questions
Orders from our wallpaper library typically have an estimated delivery time of one week. If you have purchased our installation service, the turnaround time is roughly two weeks from placing your order to installation.
Once you have purchased your order, we will prepare the artwork to the dimensions of your wall. No wall is the same, and we may have to recompose a bit of the artwork to fit your wall. We aim to get this done within 2-3 days. If we require any longer we will let you know. Once this is complete, printing will take around 5 days depending on how busy the printer is and how big your wall is. Once the printing process is complete, we will either ship your wallpaper to your specified address, or be in touch with you to schedule a convenient time to come and install your wallpaper.
Custom wallpapers follow a different timeline depending on your requirements.
If, for any reason, you change your mind or realise you’ve made a mistake, please notify us immediately so we can put a pause on the order and have a chat with you about what’s on your mind. Please email hello@thewallpaperkids.com.
The simple answer is no. It will look amazing, but nothing is ever the same on the screen and in real life. There will be slight colour differences and textural elements that may be more obvious on a big wall than on a little screen. We may also have to move some elements around to fit the dimensions of your wall. No walls are ever the same, making every wallpaper unique – that’s the beauty of our customised artwork.
